Return and exchange
We did our best for you to enjoy your shirt but if you are not happy with your purchase please return the goods within 20 days from the date of delivery.
The customer has a right:
- To change the size of a shirt;
- To change a fit of a shirt;
- To get a refund;
- Under the State Consumer Rights Protection Service decision, shirts which are not made in advance and meet individual needs (requirements) cannot be returned. (Reference: Paragraph 3 of Part II of Article 6.228 (10) of the Lithuanian Republic Civil Code).
The goods to change or to return must be:
- unworn, undamaged and with no affects in appearance;
- properly packaged to protect the consignment against damages during the transportation
- with all labels attached;
- with copies of the invoice and documents evidencing payment as well as a filled-up return note which you will find printed on the other side of the invoice indicating the reason for return, replacement or refund.
We will change the goods or refund the money to your bank account within 14 business days from the delivery of the goods to:

If you decide to return change an item, or get a refund you need to:
- inform our Customer Service Department about your intentions to return the item within 20 days after receipt of the item by calling+370 616 36544 from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM CET, or by sending an email with your contact information to email@example.com
- fill in a return note which you will find printed on the other side of the invoice.
